Tried and tested over beer, music and dancing this Sunday morning we will again embark on a musical journey into the world of Minnesang, of medieval times. With a multitude of instruments and interpretations of melodies from a wide variety of cultures Rhiannon manages to let us visualize what fascinated the jongleurs, the minstrels of these long-past times in living the Minne, the courtly love. Join them on this journey, let yourself by the driving percussion to the sound of bagpipes, hurdy-gurdies, loud medieval "Gossenhauer" and much more be led to dance into the morning.

From Styrian Polka to Lower Austrian Waltz, from Inn-Quarter landler-stanzas to Viennese stanza-potpourri one finds the ingredients for this musical spread (german: Aufstrich) in four different states of Austria. Grippingly interpreted, with eastern, Folk and Folk-Rock influences you can expect an ear candy on the basis of a small contra bass, a full viola complemented by two melody violins and refined with a spicy saxophone voice.

It's been five years since one of the really great ones left this world; with the Curbside Prophets we pay him tribute: Johnny Cash. From the early Sunrecords times to the late American Recordings the Curbside Prophets play back and forth trough the enormous repertoire of Johnny Cash, and they do so without much folderol. Enjoy the unique railroad sound, take part in the legend.

This year's program will be concluded by the primeval foundation stones of Blues from the Woodquarter. With undaunted energy, the Blues pounding in their hearts, and with the familiar bassy rolling voice, Zappa and his valiant men will bring a musical journey through 31 years of their band's history onto our stage.
