| Tuivelsminne [10h30-12h] Let yourself be overwhelmed by the frantic wish to dance...
Join the voyage into times long passed into oblivion. Curious sounds arise from the stage, the air itself is fraught with tunes from diabolic bagpipes. Hammers sound and grotesque shapes rage through the night until the sun will rise once more - Tuivel's Minne is the name of this scourge.
The Pied Pipers are roaming freely to carry you along to dance. Ruckus on historic instruments. Archaic sounds on bagpipes, shalms, hurdy-gurdy, trumscheit, citter and a "Schlagwerk" (online dictionaries tell me that this should be translated as "striking mechanism" or "percussion" but both terms seem not quite to strike home).
Fairy tales and antics blur what is reality - the doors to other worlds glide open.

| Gaismeier Schrammeln [12h30-14h] Schrammelmusik, the fun side of the whining of the Austrian soul, a piece of Viennese culture brought into the depths of the Woodquarter - practically the Austrian way of singing with Brian's companions on the cross: "Always look on the bright side of life..." - or,in other words: if you are going to meet the hangman, laugh about his hood.
But this excellent Schrammelquartett is by far not limited to Schrammelmusik. Their repertoire ranges from old Viennese dances and concert music over Wienerlieder to operettas and dance music from 1850 to 1950.

| W.i.t.Ch. [16h-17h30] The combined strength of these five musicians will present us once more (for this year's festival) with exhilarating Folk music. With their modern interpretations they fuse musical traditions from a variety of European countries into an outright new style. A musical altitude flight from the North Cape to the Bosporus, which will magic even already tired legs into dancing.
Birgit Glawischnig (vocals, guitar, accordion) Nicole Janß (percussion, bagpipes, blues mouth organ, whistle, vocals) Karin Renner (whistles, harp, vocals) Klara Schiffermüller (violin, vocals) Andrea Fränzel (bass) |

| FRESCH [18h-19h30] Of course we kept something special to appear last in this year's program: three guys with their acoustic guitars. Their performance, which is an interesting mixture of Folk, Rock, Pop and Songwriting elements, demonstrates in an overwhelming way, what can be done with acoustic guitars. Their music varies between pure, rocking rhythm and fairy-tale finger picking as their songs shift from roaring to lyric. In short words: they will make this year's festival tremble one more time.
Here, the official program will end and we hope it will have curved your lips into a satisfied smile that will accompany your way in reminiscence of the time you will have spent here.
